Registration

Your Registration Packet will be distributed to you in advance of the meeting at Store Support Center. You do not need to check-in on-site. There are no scheduled activities on Sunday, February 16 for SSC attendees unless you are a member of the groups listed in RED text below.

The name badge from your registration packet must be worn at all times and is your ticket for lunch, general sessions, and the trade show.

Evening Events

SUNDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT DINNERS, WELCOME AND ENTERTAINMENT - WILDHORSE SALOON (nights assigned by region into Group 1 (Regions 1, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11) and Group 2 (Regions 2, 3, 4, 5, 7))
ONLY SSC members of the Executive Committee, DMMs, Buyers and Associate Buyers, Regional Loss Prevention Managers, Regional Recruiting, HR Business Partners and Distribution Centers are invited to attend one of the Wildhorse Saloon events (invitation is non-transferable).

  • Two drink tickets will be provided for domestic beer and house wine.  Soda and bottled water will be available complimentary.
  • No parking passes will be provided - please submit your parking expense to your Manager for approval and reimbursement.

SUNDAY AND MONDAY REGIONAL AWARDS NIGHTS - MUSIC CITY CENTER (nights assigned by region into Group 1 (Regions 1, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11) and Group 2 (Regions 2, 3, 4, 5, 7))
ONLY SSC members of the Executive Committee, Regional Loss Prevention Managers, Regional Recruiting, HR Business Partners and Distribution Centers are invited to attend one of the Regional Awards Dinners.

  • Regional Awards will be presented on both Sunday and Monday evenings (assigned by region/group) at the MCC (see registration packet program for locations).
  • All locations and seating will be assigned for SSC attendees registered for this event.
  • You will receive a table assignment in your packet showing where you are required to sit. Please sit only in the assigned seats with a reserved SSC card.
  • Please do not change tables or sit at an unassigned seat, as you will displace a store manager.

COMPANY AWARDS NIGHT
(pre-registration required)

  • Company Awards will be given on Tuesday evening in the ballroom of the MCC.
  • All locations and seating will be assigned for SCC attendees who are registered for this event.
  • You will receive a table assignment in your packet showing where you are required to sit. Please sit only in the assigned seats with a reserved SSC card.
  • Please do not change tables or sit at an unassigned seat, as you will displace a store manager.
  • Two drink tickets will be provided for domestic beer and house wine.  Soda and bottled water will be available complimentary
  • No parking passes will be provided - please submit your parking expense to your Manager for approval and reimbursement.

Dress

  • Business casual for daytime events.
  • Casual/jeans for the Wildhorse Saloon events.
  • Sport coat (no tie required) for men and dress or pantsuit for women Regional Dinners on either Sunday or Monday night (groups assigned by region - see agenda)
  • Suit or sport coat and tie for men, and suit, dress, or pantsuit for women for Company Awards dinners.

Parking

Parking is located at the Music City Center. The parking garage is on the lower level and may be accessed from both 6th Avenue South and Demonbreun and 7th Avenue South. No parking passes will be provided - please submit your parking expenses in Concur to your Manager for approval and reimbursement.  See Driving Directions tab for additional location details.

Shipping

Crated, boxed or skidded materials will be accepted at the address below beginning on Friday, January 17, 2020 and must arrive at the address by Monday, February 10, 2020. Any shipments received at the warehouse after February 10, 2020 will be subject to additional charges.

  • Final onsite delivery location
