The St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund (SCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that assists over-the-road truck drivers when an illness or injury takes them out of work. Assistance is provided by paying for rent/mortgage, utilities, insurance, and vehicle payments on behalf of the drivers. Since 2008, the SCF has helped over 3,000 drivers and their families with more than $3.3 million in assistance. The SCF also provides health and wellness programs for drivers. These include health challenges; free flu, shingles and pneumonia vaccines; and a smoking cessation program-Rigs without Cigs.
