IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
If you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to call the hotel at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. You will be given a cancellation number by the agent assisting you. Please be sure to record the cancellation number for future reference, as it is your proof that you cancelled the reservation. Without this information, the Embassy Suites may not be able to refund your no-show charges.
