LOAD IN / LOAD OUT

  • Partner Booth Load In: Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Partner Booth Teardown will begin at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
  • NOTE: If you begin to tear down before the noted time, you will be fined $400.00.
  • Products may be donated to one of Tractor Supply Company's select charitable partner organizations following the tradeshow. If you wish to donate items please pick up a label for your products at the TSC Vendor registration desk. Vendors leaving unlabeled product(s) will be charged material handling costs for removal.
  • Any items not being donated must be removed from your booth prior to departure. This includes all trash, empty display units and unwanted items. TSC reserves the right to enforce a fine if your booth does not meet the load out guidelines.
  • The tradeshow floorplan and booth numbers will be available approximately 30 days prior to the tradeshow.  Your booth contact will be emailed the assigned booth number as soon as they have been assigned.

REGISTRATION

  • Partner Registration Desk is located on level three of the Music City Center. You will not be permitted on the tradeshow floor without a badge.
  • NOTE: Re-printing of name badges will cost $35.00 per badge.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • In order to secure your booth, payment to Tractor Supply Company must be received by Tuesday, February 4, 2020. AFTER THIS DATE ONLY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Non-payment will result in the booth being released back into inventory for re-sale and assignment to another vendor.

FREIGHT AND SHIPPING

Exhibits

  • Partners are responsible for the ordering and the expense of any additional items outside the standard booth set up including all freight costs.
  • Printing services, computer and copier rental, shipping and receiving and shredding services are available through the UPS Store in the Music City Center, using this Payment Form.
  • Freight shipped to the Omni Nashville, Westin Nashville or Renaissance Hotels will be moved by Freeman Decorating and all costs associated with the re-location will be the responsibility of the partner. Hotel bell staff will not be allowed to deliver freight.
NOTE: Tractor Supply Company will allow partners to distribute handouts and/or giveaways at their booths.  Value per item should be nominal (ie. keychains, koozies, pens, etc.)  Please keep in mind many TSC Team Members have limited space in their luggage.  Raffles, games, contests and the like are prohibited.

    Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, January 17, 2020 at the above address. Material arriving after Monday, February 10, 2020 will be accepted at the warehouse with an additional "After Deadline" charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

    Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility (Music City Center) beginning Sunday, February 16, 2020. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

TRADESHOW RULES

  • Booths must have a vendor representative present during all exhibit hours. Only individuals working the booths are to attend; no family or friends.
  • Tractor Supply Company reserves the right to request that partners cease or remove any booth activities deemed to be inappropriate for the show.
  • Please note, the MCC is a non-smoking facility and you must be 25 feet away from the building to smoke. Individuals caught smoking on MCC property will be fined by MCC security staff. Vaporizers are allowed on MCC grounds but TSC does NOT allow vaping on the tradeshow floor.
  • All events are non-smoking and no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the exhibit area.
  • Trash will be picked up during set up, teardown and at the end of each show day. Please leave your trash in the aisle if you wish for it to be picked up.
  • Cell phone usage is prohibited on the tradeshow floor. Anyone seen using a cell phone will be asked to turn off their phone immediately and may be fined up to $200.00.
  • Centerplate is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at the Music City Center, thus no food or beverage may be brought into the tradeshow.
  • Any requests for food and beverage on the tradeshow floor must be emailed to tsctradeshow@eventlogistics.com for prior approval from TSC.
  • Absolutely no popcorn machines will be allowed in the booths.
  • Business casual attire for all functions.
  • Partners are invited to attend events listed on the partner program.
