Beer, Bourbon, and Brews
Time: 1:00pm - 4:30pm
Start your day with a gulp in the Gulch! All guests will visit the Bongo Java roasting facility where a staff member will give a brief talk about the facility, roasting process, and Bongo Java brand. All guests will also receive a sample of a small coffee.
Next, you will scoot down the road for a tour of Nashville’s famous brewery, Yazoo Brewery, and see for yourself how the most popular beer in town is made. You will meet with a master brewer and enjoy a flight of seasonal micro-brew at Yazoo.
Don’t fill up just yet! The final stop is just minutes away in Marathon Village, formerly Marathon Motor works Auto Manufacturing plant. Currently, it houses many unique Nashville boutiques and food outlets, one of which we will highlight on this tour – the Corsair Distillery. Inside the former home of Yazoo brewery, before it outgrew the space, a number of creative spirits (red absinthe and quinoa whiskey to name a few) are distilled and hand packaged in the Nashville building.
