Registration & Deadlines

Registration: Please, do NOT share your registration email invitation - it is unique to each registrant. You must register using that email link to attend the offsite before July 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

Activities: Registration for activity selection opens on July 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Deadline to register for activities is July 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. 

STILETTO HEELS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the grounds of the International Tennis Hall of Fame. To protect the historic grass courts and venue grounds, guests wearing stiletto or narrow-point heels WILL BE DENIED ACCESS. We strongly recommend wedges, dress flats, or other venue-appropriate footwear.

Housekeeping Items:

  • All hotel rooms are on a master bill. No need to provide individual corporate cards.

  • Be sure your luggage has your name on it. You will be separated from it for portions of the day.

  • Hotel rooms will not be ready until 4:00 PM (Monday) and 3:00 PM (Tuesday) on your arrival day. 

  • Please be on time for group transportation to avoid delays.

  • Hotels do not permit outside alcohol to be brought on property. Bars will not be open until 5:00 PM each day. 

  • Lanyards and name tags will be provided at the event. Please wear them each day.

  • Check the weather before you come. Bring sunglasses and appropriate attire.
