Attire:

Tuesday, July 22nd

• Banker Meetings and Dinner: Business casual. Please wear a jacket or sweater in case the air conditioning runs cold.

Wednesday, July 23rd

• State of the Firm and Activities: Weekend attire (shorts, t-shirts, or workout clothes).

• Cocktails & Dinner: Business casual.

Miscellaneous Packing Notes:

• Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for outdoor activities.

• Bring a light sweater or jacket as it can get chilly in the mountains.

• Bring a refillable water bottle.

Housekeeping Items:

• No outside alcohol is permitted on the Mohonk Mountain House property. MMH reserves the right to search bags upon check-in.

• MMH is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside or outside the property.

• All hotel rooms at Mohonk are on a master bill. No need to provide individual corporate cards.

• Be sure your luggage has your name on it. You will be separated from it for portions of the day.

• Hotel rooms will not be ready until 5:00 PM on your arrival day. You can check your luggage with the front desk until then.

• Please be on time for group transportation to avoid delays.

• Lanyards and name tags will be provided at the event. Please wear them each day.
