The onsite registration desk will open on Sunday, February 8, 2020. You will not be allowed to set up prior to collection of your name badge.

Note: Re-printing of name badges will cost $35.00 per badge and require picture ID.

Your training session date and time will be emailed to the contact listed on your registration by January 10, 2020.

GOLD Vendor Partner Training Session Space Includes:

SILVER Vendor Partner Training Session Space Includes:
  • Each 15’ x 20’ booth will be set with 8’ high royal blue drape
  • 8’ high royal blue side drape

  • One Electrical Connection

TRAINING SESSION RULES

  • Booth space or classrooms must have a vendor representative present during assigned hours. Only individuals working the training session are to attend; no family or friends.
  • Petsense reserves the right to request that vendors cease or remove any activities deemed to be inappropriate for the meeting.
  • Please note, the Embassy Suites Nashville SE Murfreesboro is a non-smoking facility. Petsense does NOT allow vaping in training session.
  • All events are non-smoking and outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Cell phone usage is prohibited during the training sessions.
  • Embassy Suites Nashville SE Murfreesboro is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at the hotel - no food or beverage may be brought into training sessions.
  • Business casual attire for all functions.
  • Vendors are invited to attend lunch on Monday and Tuesday and the Monday evening reception. Please sign up on the registration form if you plan to attend.
