Early Departure Fee / Cancellation without Notice Fee
An early departure fee of one night room and tax will be imposed by the hotel if you have an unscheduled departure or cancel your room without 72 hours notice. An early departure fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee's scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
