Vendor Partner Booth Sign Instructions

 

Vendor Partners –

We are very excited for the 2023 Tractor Supply Annual Sales Meeting Tradeshow! At your booths this year, you will have a number of “GURA Uncover” Signs (quantity depends on booth size). Please review the below information and direction regarding these signs.

 

Uncover Signs

Thank you for supporting our efforts to drive Legendary Service at Tractor Supply. In 2023 we are focused on educating our Team Members to spend more time listening to our Customer’s Needs and Wants so that they can customize their Recommendations and identify the best solution for the Customer.

To educate our Store Managers, we are asking the following of you:

  1. As you interact with Store Managers, share what questions you would ask Customers at a Tractor Supply store to get to know the Customer’s needs and wants before showing or recommending your product.

 

  1. Ideally, we are looking for more than one question that moves beyond the basic “what brings you in today” or “how can I help you.”  As thought starters, an example of good questions to Uncover the Customer’s needs and wants are listed below:
    • What project are you working on?
    • Where do you plan to use that item?
    • How active/old is your pet?
    • Have you used this brand before?
    • Do you prefer wet or dry food for your pet?
    • Why battery vs. gas?
    • Do you have the attachments you need to complete the project?

 

  1. Note: We will be using the Annual Sales Meeting app to notify Store Managers to come by your booth to learn what our Vendors would want to know from the Customer before showing their product

 

New at TSC Signs

“New as TSC” signs will be available at the Freeman Help Desk upon request. Please utilize these signs to call out any new product your will be displayed at your booth.

 

Sign Return

Upon the close of the ASM Tradeshow at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 31st, please return your signs to the Freeman Help Desk.
